B”H
It’s two days before our beloved Menachem’s upshernish – third birthday and haircutting ceremony- and it’s Erev Shabbat. So it’s quite busy around here. (Oh and the kids finished school at 12 pm today! ) An upshernish five days before Pesach is somewhat of a challenge. I decided to make a small(ish) event in our back yard, so no-chametz on this birthday. No cookies, or cakes but no worries, there’s still a lot of yummy stuff. Here’s a few i-phone snapshots of our hectic week getting everything ready to make this not-chametz party happen.
A lot of flour less chocolate cakes, and merengues were made… ;-)
We made aleph beit chart, prepared games, and sprayed painted tzedaka boxes…
We went outside to decide on set up…
And now we’re all set and ready…
Wishing you all a Shabbat Shalom!
