Throughout the years I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to speak, teach and empower a diverse audience of Jewish women around the world communicating the seamless fusion of external beauty and inner beauty through a Jewish perspective.
Através de los años he podido dirigirme a una audiencia diversa de mujeres judías en varias partes del mundo enfocandome en la perspectiva judía de la integración de la belleza interna y belleza externa.
Contact me about speaking engagements at your next ladies’ event. I would love to join you! (You got it! In Spanish or English…)
Por favor contáctame para discutir la posibilidad de acompañarte en tu próximo evento de mujeres. ¡Me encantaría compartir contigo!
Here are some of my favorite topics:
1- Aishet Chayil: Today’s Girl Boss
No doubt that today’s women are called “girl bosses” for a reason – we can do everything and we do everything – from managing our families’ schedules, our homes, our finances, our careers, and often our own business ventures. Is this concept in line with the Torah’s view of a Jewish woman? A look at King Solomon’s ancient poem will give us a glance at a lady who could indeed be our best friend, another «girl boss.»
2- Mi casa es Su casa: Kabbalah of the Home
Designing a home might have as much to do with color palette and layout as with an inner spiritual dimension which Jewish women are leading. Explore where the worlds of Interior Design and Judaism intersect in a fun and spiritually uplifting talk.
3- The Pursuit of Happiness, Redefined
If happiness is an inalienable right, how come we’re all constantly searching for it? Could we be looking for the wrong thing? In the wrong place? Is happiness really a life goal? In this profound talk, Yael helps us re-define happiness, view it from a Jewish lens, and even help us find it, perhaps, where we least expect it.
4- Mikvah: Spa for Body and Soul
Mikvah is a mitzvah full of mystique, both for it’s practical application, as well as it’s spiritual dimension. Join Yael as she takes us through a journey on mikvah that is both practical and spiritual. Not only will we debunk common myths, but develop a greater appreciation for the mitzvah, which is the core and center of Jewish life, in this profound and genuine look at Mikvah.
5- The Kabbalah of Humor & Laughter
Share a few jokes and explore the spiritual root of laughter and humor like you’ve never before. You will learn about the real power of humor and how it is connected to the greatest revelation of all – a time when “laughter will fill our mouths”… forever.
6- Chanah: A Woman’s Prayer
What is prayer? Take a look at the prayer of the woman who set the model for what the act of prayer is today – Chanah – and you will find that contrary to popular belief, prayer is a most feminine art.
