B”H

I get a lot of questions and comments about dressing modest and stylish – some feel more challenged, some need ideas, some don’t like the idea, some feel conflicted, some love the idea… the whole gamut. The truth is that regardless of where you’re holding on modest attire, dressing according to Jewish Law does not mean compromising in style, as long as style conveys the refinement and elegance with which the Daughter of the King should carry herself.

So when a few months ago a lovely reader introduced me to Dainty Jewell’s clothing line, I contacted them, as I wanted to show my readers how modest attire can be achieved without compromising on style. Dainty Jewell’s sent me three beautiful dresses to style and show my readers. I was so impressed with the quality of their clothing. I also loved that they fit really beautifully.

You know I want this navy and white striped dress badly. So classic! I paired it with pink heels from BCBGeneration, necklace from JCrew (not available anymore, similar here) and earrings from Charming Charlie (similar here).

This Kelley Green dress is absolutely lovely. Perfect for Yom Tov, or a spring wedding. It comes in other beautiful colors. I paired it with a long necklace from JCrew, dangling earrings from Charming Charlie and stunning floral pattern heels from Steve Madden.
