Today I’m talking to Best Selling Author, Financial Therapist & Wealth Coach, Barbara Huson, formerly Stanny. You might remember her from Episode #4 of this show. One of my most popular episodes actually, and for good reason. She is fabulous! And now she’s back! She has a new book about to hit stores January 2020 which you can pre-order now. It’s called Rewire for Wealth: Three Steps Any Woman can Take to Program her Brain for Financial Success. The book has received accolades from industry experts such as David Bach and others.

But before I bring her on, a few announcements.

Someone posted recently, “We all want miracles. The problem is that we don’t believe in them.”

How sad and true. But, I know that my audience does believe in miracles. And the truth of the matter is that there’s something very powerful about going back and introspecting, finding those financial miracles from big to small (and I know we’ve ALL had them), and then articulating these and sharing with others. It helps cement the faith and live with more trust. And as the lamp lighters that we are, by sharing our personal Money Miracles, we’re not only strengthening ourselves, but we in turn, inspire those of us in the group reading and help others see their own miracles, strengthen their faith and their trust. And ultimately that trust translates into more miracles, more tranquility and more wealth.

Today, our conversation takes a different angle and we talk all about her latest book and how Barbara has been using neuroscience to help coach her students. The process of building wealth says Barbara, is not so much about the money – dollars in the bank – , as it is about the woman we have to become in order to be a container that can attract, sustain, and build that wealth. What do we know about the brain which can help us make shifts in our lives today? Are we stuck in a particular financial situation forever?
